Lynn Real Estate Solutions LLC announces the opening of a shared real estate brokerage office with ERA Team VP Real Estate & Vacation Rentals in the Spain Building (formerly Willow Bay Commerce Center), 23 East Third Street, Suite 100, downtown Jamestown, NY.
This endeavor was envisioned over two years ago when Michael McVinney, LRES Broker, and Bill Soffel, ERA Team VP Real Estate Broker/Owner, began discussions on forming a strategic alliance to bring a turn-key residential and commercial brokerage solution to the greater Southern Tier.

Under this alliance, the two brokerages will continue to operate independently, with a concentration within their respective real estate disciplines, but will share opportunities for agent growth and development, technology, and marketing.
