Mr. Spain is the senior executive in charge of the corporation.

An owner and Director on the Corporation’s Board of Directors, Mr. Spain works with the board to advance the holdings of the corporation through acquisition, maintenance, and stewardship to the tenants and clients of the corporation. With a background in executive leadership, four and five diamond luxury resort design, construction, and stabilization – financial management – yield management – asset management – and advanced customer service skills. – Mr. Spain leads with a robust narrative to the overall quality and stewardship of the corporation.

Mr. Lynn is the senior facilities operations executive in the corporation.

An owner and Director on the Corporation’s Board of Directors, Mr. Lynn works with the President & CEO and the team members of the corporation to lead the daily operations of the portfolio. Mr. Lynn has over two decades of business and construction experience – previously holding the title of Vice President and owner of a highly successful regional fire sprinkler protection company.
